I contacted Mr. Rand less than a week before my scheduled hearing date. His fee for the initial consultation was very reasonable and overall his charges are reasonable. During the consultation we were able to figure the focus of my case which was a great help among all the issues I wanted to include. I decided to present my case myself and Mr. Rand spent 4 hours with me on a rainy SUNDAY afternoon to help me prepare. Tom knows many different areas of law- my complaint was against a condo association- his preparation helped me overcome the opposition which had TWO high priced lawyers presenting their case. I would (and WILL) work with Tom in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking to hire a knowledgeable attorney with solid credentials.
